How has it been working with a doctor or healthcare provider to get a diagnosis and symptom relief? Do you feel like your symptoms are taken seriously?

I used Medi health online. I saw a terrific doctor, they take insurance and the process from my apt to picking up my estrogen patches was 2 hours! It was so easy and I am very happy with them!

I don't feel like my OB/Gyn is very menopause competent. It felt like she was readi g from a script. Ahe told me that ahe disn't thi k it was a good idea because of my age. I'm 59. She told me she was concerned about me developing blood clots and the possibilty of Breast Cancer. There's no history of Breast Cancer. All my mammograms have come back negative. I told my doctor about how I was feeling and she basically talked down to me. The only thing she didn't do was pat me on the head.

Do you think you'll get a second opinion? - Bridget (team member) I would try medi health online. I just did it yesterday and I booked an online apt. Saw a wonderful Dr and she put me on the estrogen patch plus progesterone. She was very knowledgeable about perimenopause and was so nice. I took the progesterone last night and slept like a baby! No waking at 3am! And from my apt to picking up my patches was 2 hours! They take insurance, so the online apt doesn't cost anything. I paid only $12 for both prescriptions at my pharmacy. I highly recommend them.
