  1. Hello my name is Michel and I am goikg through menopause. It’s horrible my body not the same terrible joint pain, headaches, brain fog, exhausted and now have arthritis. I am always so scared because it read women get cardiac problems from this. If anyone could give me some tips please I just want to feel normal again I have no motivation to do anything at all but be home in bed

    1. Thank you for posting your question. Menopause can be very overwhelming as it really is an uncharted territory of ever-changing symptoms. You may be interested in this article written by one of our health leaders whose body changed before she had words to describe what was happening. Menopause is a major life change, but most people do, over time, begin to feel normal again. Many find that adopting some lifestyle changes (exercise, diet, stress reduction) helps them cope. 2. thank you so much for the feedback very much appreciated ❤️

  2. My name Is Tabatha and I am 47 years old and I am going through perimenopause. I have not had my period for 229 days and counting. I have been going through so much stress in my and recently developed a disorder referred to as the nail lifting disorder. I am looking for guidance and a helping hand to navigate this.

    1. Thank you for sharing your experience. You have so much going on in your life, and any one of many things might be causing or adding to your nail lifting disease (Here's a Cleveland Clinic article on onycholysis), although it doesn't seem that onycholysis is directly caused by menopause. I suggest that, if you haven't already, check with your doctor who can help you narrow down the cause and provide appropriate treatment. Your doctor is also a good reference source to ask any questions you may have about your personal menopause experience. Warmly, Kathy (Team member)
