Menopause...Again!

Twenty-three years ago, I had a complete hysterectomy and went through surgical menopause when everything was removed. Fast forward to today: I'm 56 years old and experiencing those familiar symptoms all over again, right down to the intense hot flashes. My doctor ran blood work and everything came back completely clear, leaving me to draw the only conclusion that feels logical—23 years later, my internal clock has somehow decided it's time for round two.
